翻訳モデルのダウンロードに時間がかかります
翻訳モデルは端末の中で動かすため、初めに一度だけダウンロードします。標準は約570MB、高品質は約1.5GBです。Wi-Fi でのダウンロードをおすすめします。途中で止まっても、続きから再開します。
訳が間違っています
訳は端末内の AI が作るので、間違うことがあります。メモをタップすると、訳も原文も手で直せます。原文を直すと、次に「訳す」を押した時に訳し直します。
音声入力が使えません
端末の「設定」で、本アプリのマイクと音声認識が許可されているか確かめてください。iPhone では「設定」→「一般」→「キーボード」の「音声入力」がオンになっている必要があります。音声入力が使えない時は、キーボードで入力することもできます。
無料で使える範囲と Uhh Notes Pro
メモの録音・入力・保存・一覧・編集・削除は、いつでも無料で使えます。訳す・声に出す復習・連続再生は Uhh Notes Pro(買い切り。サブスクリプションではありません)で使えます。7日間の無料トライアルがあり、トライアルが終わっても自動で料金はかかりません。メモが消えることもありません。
機種変更・入れ直しで Pro を戻したい
同じ Apple アカウントでサインインしたうえで、「設定」の「購入を復元」を押してください。
返金したい
購入と返金は Apple が扱います。Apple の「問題を報告する」から申し込んでください。
メモを別の端末に移したい
メモは端末の中だけに保存していて、本アプリにはアカウントやクラウド同期がありません。iCloud バックアップなど、端末ごとのバックアップと復元で移せます。
データを消したい
メモはアプリの中で1件ずつ消せます。本アプリを削除すると、メモ・訳・設定と翻訳モデルがすべて端末から消えます。開発者の手元には何も残っていません。

The translation model takes a long time to download
The translation model runs on your device, so it is downloaded once at the start. Standard is about 570 MB and High quality is about 1.5 GB. We recommend Wi-Fi. If the download stops, it picks up where it left off.
A translation is wrong
Translations are made by an on-device AI and can be wrong. Tap a note to fix the translation or the original text by hand. If you change the original text, it is translated again the next time you tap Translate.
Voice input doesn't work
In your device's Settings, check that the app is allowed to use the microphone and speech recognition. On iPhone, Dictation must be on in Settings → General → Keyboard. You can also type your notes with the keyboard.
What's free, and what is Uhh Notes Pro?
Recording, typing, saving, browsing, editing and deleting notes are always free. Translating, speaking review and playback come with Uhh Notes Pro, a one-time purchase (not a subscription). There is a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged automatically when it ends, and your notes are never deleted.
Getting Pro back on a new device or after reinstalling
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap "Restore purchase" in Settings.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at Apple's Report a Problem.
Moving notes to another device
Notes are stored only on your device, and the app has no account or cloud sync. You can move them by backing up and restoring the whole device, for example with iCloud Backup.
Deleting your data
You can delete notes one by one in the app. Deleting the app removes all notes, translations, settings and the translation model from your device. The developer has no copy.
